| Bishop Crispian Hollis visited
our parish on the 8/9th June 2002.
During his two day visit he celebrated with the parishioners
the Saturday 17.30 Mass and the 10.00 Mass on Sunday.
On Saturday 8th a meeting was held with the Pastoral Council
in the Upper Room at which various members gave presentations
on the following subjects: Liturgy, Catechesis, Youth, plus
Justice & Peace. This was followed by a very enjoyable
meal prepared by Angela Spellman and Olwyn Brian. The spouses
of the members of the Pastoral Council and other key helpers
in the parish also joined the Bishop in this feast.
